    The Building

    225 West Washington recently completed a $3.5 million elevator modernization; including upgrading the entire elevator systems and updating the elevator cab finishes reflecting the Building’s new contemporary image. The Building’s main entrance and lobby is currently under renovation. The main entrance and security desk have been relocated and the entire lobby is being reimagined and contemporized with new contemporary lighting, a modernized exterior entryway, soft seating areas and new flooring. Lastly, ownership is planning a new 4,000 square foot fitness center to be located on the 5th floor.
